Refund policy

Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects, and they are well packaged for the shipping journey! You should receive your items in tip top shape! But in just case if they don't arrive in ideal condition, we'll ship you a second package while we work out the details with the shipper.

While we don't expect any returns from our customers, we know some of you may just not be able to be satisfied. As such, we're more than glad to talk with you and see how we can help. But being honest here, we don't anticipate any needs for refunds, etc. However, we're always glad to listen.
