This isn't a cutting board. It's a statement piece that happens to slice a mean tomato.

Three boards. Two stunning woods. One serious upgrade to your kitchen. We paired rich cherry and deep walnut into a bold two-tone grain that turns heads the second it hits the counter — then backed it up with a full 1" thickness that makes most "premium" boards on the market feel flimsy by comparison. This is heavy. This is built to last. This is the board you'll still be using in twenty years.

Grab the 12" for quick prep, the 18" for real cooking, or the 24" when it's time to go big — carving, serving, or centering the whole spread. Every board is 12" wide, so no matter the size, you've got real workspace.

Hand-finished with a natural mixture of beeswax, linseed oil, and essential lemon oil — zero synthetic junk, just a rich, food-safe coat that keeps every board looking and performing like new, cut after cut.

Natural wood. Healthy kitchen. Crafted with purpose.
Every set you buy sends 10% straight to the fight against human sex trafficking — because a great cutting board should do more than look good on your counter.

Caring for Your Maple and Ash Cutting Board

A little care goes a long way — treat your board right, and it'll outlast just about anything else in your kitchen.

Daily use

  • Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Never put it in the dishwasher — heat and prolonged soaking will warp and crack the wood.
  • Dry immediately with a towel, then stand it on its edge or lay it flat to air dry completely before storing.
  • Avoid leaving it submerged or sitting in standing water.

Keep it fresh

  • Every few weeks (or whenever the wood looks dry or dull), rub in a small amount of our beeswax, linseed oil, and lemon essential oil blend with a clean cloth. Let it soak in for a few hours or overnight, then wipe off any excess.
  • A well-conditioned board should feel smooth, not sticky, and shouldn't look chalky or faded.

A few things to avoid

  • Don't leave your board near direct heat (stovetop, oven, radiator) or in direct sunlight for long periods — it can dry out and crack.
  • Don't use bleach, harsh chemical cleaners, or abrasive scrubbers.
  • If you're cutting something strong-smelling like garlic or onion, a quick scrub with coarse salt and half a lemon will lift odors naturally.

Minor damage happens — that's normal
Small scratches and knife marks are part of a working board's life and won't affect performance. If the surface ever feels rough, a light sanding with fine-grit sandpaper followed by a fresh coat of our beeswax and linseed oil blend will bring it right back.

With basic care, this board isn't just built to last — it's built to get better with age.
